Get a professional brand designed. Go for a credible, professionally done look – not artistic expression. Develop a marketing plan. Formulate a strategy on how you’ll penetrate your market place. Start with the 5 Ps
- a) Product – what are you really selling, what’s your offering? Define it the way your customer thinks of it.
- b) Promotion – how will you let people know of your products? Newspaper advertising, website, fliers and brochures, email marketing, SMS marketing etc
- c) Place – Where are you selling from. For example you can sell a slice of cake from a Hotel, restaurant, coffee shop, mobile service etc
- d) Price – how will you charge. Note: you don’t have to be the cheapest unless that’s really the best strategy for. Many Zimbabwean Businesses do well by being the most expensive – especially in the Service industry.
- e) Positioning – How you present yourself to your market. Your brand personality or character. Who and how do your want to be though of as. This is a combination of projected values, communication strategy and actual delivery.

What does the package include?

Can I help you sell and get a commission?
We already have a number of Affiliates/ Partners who sell on our behalf. Most started off as clients and after buying felt they could earn extra cash providing a quality product to people they know. We pay a very generous 25% of profits (You’ll get about $100 Mil for every sale you make on a full kit)
How will we help you sell?

What are Pre-designed Business Setups?
We always have at least 20-30 logos, stationery designs and even websites that are already designed. All you have to do is put your name on one of them. How about company registration?
Yes – we can include that for you in the package – in fact some pre-designed Biz-Setup Kits are already registered, just waiting for someone to buy.

9) What Is Fast Club & how do I join?
From time to time, because of our experience, proprietary methods and relationships in various industries and promotions – members of Fast Club we come across money, saving or business growth opportunities that the average business owner would never find themselves. 10) What’s so unique about you – aren’t you just another advertising agency?

11) What About Printing?
Yes we do printing. Business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, folders etc. But we don’t do every kind of printing – best to give us a call. Sometimes – especially for business cards and members of Fast Club, you can even get Cost Price Printing, although we are certainly not always the cheapest printers as we like to provide good quality.
12) What about advertising?

13) How long does it take for a kit?
How long does it take to take a walk? Depends how far you want us to go. Just a logo will differ from a full business kit – but what ever you want, we can get it done faster at high quality than just about anyone else, anywhere. Sometimes (in the case of pre-designed setups) you can get a whole kit in 24 – 48 hours!
14) Your adverts say that the Biz-Setup Kit is faster, easier and cheaper than other options, is that really true?
With our pre-designed setups, 90% of the work is already done – you just need to write your name on it, no one else does that. In addition to that, for custom work our proprietary systems (cant share those sorry!), allow us to do things a lot faster and still beat the quality of our competitors!
Go ahead and call around. You’ll find that our full Biz-Setup Kit Costs less than some professional people/ businesses will charge you a lot less. Also, time is money and since we can save you lost of time in the way you launch your business, run your company and grow your clientele. Another reason is you’ll save time and money by getting your setup right the first time – mistakes can be very costly – We will cost you less to do – hundreds of millions cheaper in the short AND long run.

20) Why are your prices so much cheaper, bad quality?
We’re not cheap because of low quality – but we do have many good reasons, for instance – Because our overheads are so much lower. We don’t have 20 employees to pay or a huge office in an expensive building. We pass on those savings to you.
Because we offer a high leverage package that others don’t.
Because we prefer longer-term relationships to once off sales.
Because our proprietary systems enable us to do certain things easier & faster than others.
Because our business model enables us to profit even when we don’t charge as much as on certain things (like business cards & web design for example).
Because, as much as everyone claims to, WE really do care about our clients.

21) Payment Terms?
Yes, in some cases we offer payments terms. For example When it’s more than just a logo or a similar very small job. When you can offer us something we want more than money upfront!
When a client brings multiple guaranteed jobs to us (contractual).
When we are running certain promotions.
When you can prove that we’ll get our money within the agreed time frame.
And when you are a trusted affiliate/partner with us already.
22) Do You Accept Barter Trades.
Yes you can barter trade for our services, in fact we’ve done that several times for various services and goods. Usually we’ll consider barter for things that our business can use i.e. in reducing our expenses or enabling us to provide a greater advantage to our clients profitably. No sure – just ask! For example – we just finished a barter trade for 40 chickens – with 5 delivered every week! We’ve also bartered with computer dealers for equipment, newspapers for advertising, business network groups of all sorts etc. Whilst we don’t do it often we are open to the idea if that proves to mutually advantageous.
